When will my order arrive?

Please allow between 15-45 days for your order to arrive. If more than 45 days have passed please email us at [email protected] to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

Can we order more than one product?

Yes you can order anything you want, there is no limit per client.

I am an international customer and I am not sure how much I'll be charged for a purchase.

NaSaRy Shop is proud to service our customers from all
over the world! All pricing on our site is in USA but you can change it into the currency which you would like to pay with, the
conversion rate would depend on your issuing credit card
company being used on the transaction.

Do you refund shipping fees?

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How do I know my package has shipped and is on its way?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic
confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and
is leaving the our shop, you will receive another automatic
email with shipping information.

I got my order, but an item is missing/defective/not what I ordered. What do I do?

Once you receive your order, thoroughly check your
delivered items immediately. If you believe an item is
missing/defective/not part of your order, you must contact us within two days of
received and let us know. We will be happy to help you with these issues.

What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your “order history” section on your account page on our NaSaRy Shop website.

Can I change my order?

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.
Once your order is under the status “preparing for shipping”, “shipping” or “delivered”, then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card.
We additionally offer support for PayPal. You can chose these payment methods at checkout.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship worldwide.
